The Value of the Stamps is Rs.50/ And Rs.100/- (Each tow sets) Year 1921. The 2 Ceylon Higher value stamps that I mention, Scott #215 & #216, have combined catalog value, with VF centering, mint or used, of US$2,500.00. These are very FINE Condition.
