Decided to offer for sale, seprate from the rest of my collection, the U.S. portion of my stamp collection. Which is organized in scotts number order starting with #246 going all the way to #3766 with spaces and room provided for the stamps which have yet to be added to the collection. There are stamps that are before #246 and there are stamps after #3766 but they haven't been put into order yet. I do not use hinges, so the collection is organized in 4 albums which cost atleast $50 with just the albums themselves. Ive gone through and taken a lot of the duplicates out and put them in an 11 x 3.75 inche envelope, there are hundreds of them. The unused stamps in the collection, without going through every page and counting each individual unused stamp but only counting the coils, blocks and strips of unused stamps theres a combined face value of $110.15. Ive spent hours upon hours putting together and organizing this collection. Im asking $475 for the entire collection. Id really prefer to sale the collection in person but can ship the item. Id be shipping it using USPS Large Priorty Box which I feel will hold everything. The shipping cost is $15. The payment method though, I have PayPal but due to the fee's they charge. The buyer would have to cover the cost of the fee's PayPal charges. I'll take a personal check but I will not ship the collection until the bank has cleared the check for good. Once the check clears then Ill ship the collection. But Id really prefer sale to be made in person with cash. Im located at Ft. Eustis Virginia which is in Newport News, VA east of Williamsburg.
