- Palais Brongniart, Paris, 97th Congress of the Federation of Philatelic Associations
Released on 3rd June 2024. Designed by Sophie Beaujard. The postmark designer is Valérie Besser. It is a prestigious landmark in Paris.
2. 80 Years Since the Normandy Landings, The Road to Freedom
The designer is Louis Genty, and the stamp was released on 10th June 2024. The stamps feature the historical D-Day event of 1944 during World War 2. This is when Allied forces reached Normandy.
3. La Roche-Guyon Val d’Oise
Released on 10th June 2024, the stamp was designed by Geneviève Marot. It features a beautiful French scene of the countryside.
4. Stamp Day 2024: Boating
This is quite a splendid boating stamp designed by Valérie Besser. The artist is Marie Détrée, whose previous works include the TAAF The Astrolabe and the Aurora Australis released in 2022.
5. The Official Stamp of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games Unveiled
An interesting and beautiful stamp design for the Paris 2024 Olympics. It is the official one and was released on 5th April 2024.
6. The Garden of Lautaret
Designed by Lil Sire and released on 6th May 2024. This magical stamp features a serene and beautiful scenery. It is an impeccable stamp and features impressive beauty.
7. Spring Philatelic Show Alon-de-Provence
This is another excellent stamp designed by Christophe Laborde-Balen and released on 8 April 2024. The stamp features the Château de l’Empéri, the clock tower, and the mushroom-shaped Mussy Fountain.
8. Raoul Dufy (1877–1953)
Released on May 21, 2024, these beautiful flower stamps are designed by Patte and Besset. They are part of the short-lived Fauvism movement, which was the first modern art movement in the 20th century. Artists that are part of this movement include Vincent van Gogh and Paul Cézanne. Fauvism was one of the first steps towards other forms of art, such as Cubism and Expressionism.
9. Postman Cheval and His Ideal Palace
Released on 22nd April 2024 and designed by Sophie Beaujard, the stamp features Ferdinand Cheval who built himself an ideal palace over 33 years. Quite interesting indeed.
